We hope that you are fully satisfied with your purchase, however for any reason you are not completely satisfied, we are here to help and outline our Warranty commitment and refund & return policy below.

The following terms are applicable for any products purchased from Notes Of Love™.

Interpretation and Definitions

Interpretation
The words of which the initial letter is capitalized have meanings defined under the following conditions. The following definitions shall have the same meaning regardless of whether they appear in singular or in plural.

Definitions
For the purposes of this Warranty, Return and Refund Policy:

• “Company” (referred to as either "the Company", "We", "Us" or "Our" in this Agreement) refers to Notes Of Love™
• “Goods” refers to the items offered for sale on the Service.
• “Orders” means a request by You to purchase Goods from Us.
• “Service” refers to the Website.
• “Website” refers to Notes Of Love™, accessible from www.notesoflove.com.
• “You” means the individual accessing or using the Service, or the company, or other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the Service, as applicable.

Warranty

1. Notes of Love's™ Products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure of the Product and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the Products repaired or replaced if the Products fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure (Warranty).
2. You may make a claim under this clause (Warranty Claim) for material defects and workmanship in the Products within 30 days from the date of purchase (Warranty Period).
3. In order to make a Warranty Claim during the Warranty Period, you must provide proof of purchase to Notes of Love™ showing the date of purchase of the Products, provide a description of the Products and the price paid for the Products by sending written notice to Notes of Love™ by email at info@notesoflove.com.
4. Where the Warranty Claim is accepted then Notes of Love™ will, at its sole discretion, either repair or replace any defective Products or part thereof with a new or remanufactured equivalent during the Warranty Period at no charge to you for parts or labour. You acknowledge and agree that you will be solely liable for any postage or shipping costs incurred in facilitating the Warranty Claim.
5. The Warranty shall be the sole and exclusive warranty granted by Notes of Love™ and shall be the sole and exclusive remedy available to you in addition to other rights and under a law in relation to the Products to which this warranty relates.
6. All implied warranties including the warranties of merchantability and fitness for use are limited to the Warranty Period.
7. The Warranty does not apply to any appearance of the supplied Products nor to the
8. additional excluded items set forth below nor to any supplied Products where the exterior of which has been damaged or defaced, which has been subjected to misuse, abnormal service or handling, or which has been altered or modified in design or construction.

Returns & Refunds
If you wish to return a product for refund, please contact Notes of Love™ within 30 days of receipt of the product via email at info@notesoflove.com. 

Please include the following information:

• Order number
• Full contact details including first name and surname, initial delivery address, contact telephone/mobile number and email address
• Photos/s of the product to be returned
• Details of why you wish to return the product

As all orders are fully customized and personalized with your own photo’s and to your specifications, Notes of Love™ is not obliged to authorize a return or issue a refund and is at the sole discretion of Notes of Love™.

In order to consider a return or refund, the product must be in brand new condition, not used and in original packaging.

If you consider the product to be faulty and wish to claim under warranty, please refer to the above section “Warranty”.

Returning Goods
You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the Goods. Please contact Notes of Love™ for a return delivery address (email info@notesoflove.com).

We cannot be held responsible for Goods damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, we recommend using an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the Goods or proof of received return delivery.

Sale & Promotional Items
If the Goods were marked as Sale or Promotional Items (includes special/seasonal promotions and special discount), Notes of Love is not obliged to offer a refund for change of mind, or any reason other than a warranty claim.

No Right to Withdraw orders once placed
As your order is 100% made to your individual specifications and cannot be re-sold, there is no right to withdraw your order once it is placed

If you wish to cancel your order once it is placed, please contact us immediately.  If the order has not yet entered production, Notes Of Love™ will cancel your order for a full refund. If the order has already begun production, there is no obligation for Notes Of Love™ to cancel the order and refund the purchase price, however please contact us immediately to discuss.
